June 2011 Asian Joint Mountaineering Expedition
Mongolia Expeditions handles planning and logistical execution of this international sporting event organized by the Mongolian Mountaineering Association & the Association of Mongolian Climbing guides. The gathering of climbers and sherpas from Asia was dedicated to 2011 General Assembly of the Union of Asian Alpine Associations. 13 groups of 110 climbers from Nepal & Mongolia successfully reached the top of Khuiten peak (4373m), the highest mountain in Mongolia.
