Aldarkhishig Sukhee, also known as "Aldra," is the founder and managing director of Mongolia Expeditions. With a background as an officer in Mongolia’s Special Task Battalion and 178 parachute jumps to his name, Aldra brings exceptional discipline and precision to the planning and execution of every expedition.

He is not only the mastermind behind the logistics of all tours but also an experienced guide, leading mountaineering, trekking, cycling, and ski touring adventures across Mongolia—especially in the Altai Mountains and Gobi Desert. His deep commitment to showcasing Mongolia’s natural beauty and nomadic culture has helped establish Mongolia Expeditions as a leader in immersive and extreme adventure travel.

Aldra also shares his journeys on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, offering glimpses into expedition life and the rugged landscapes of Mongolia.

Ariunaa holds a Bachelor degree in Tourism Management from the University of the Humanities and currently serves as the Business Manager at Mongolia Expeditions LLC. With a meticulous and thoughtful approach to her work, she plays a key role in designing seamless and comfortable travel experiences for our guests. Passionate about cycling, trekking and horse riding, Ariunaa brings her energetic spirit to every project.

She is also dedicated to showcasing Mongolia’s natural beauty and rich culture through the organisation of specialized photography tours, helping to promote the country to the world.

Turuu is working for our company since 2006. He is professional freestyle wrestler and Mongolian master of sports. Over years of experience in tourism industry he gained lots of geological knowledge and experience. As bike mechanic everyday he keeps all the bikes clean and set for the next day's ride.

Sainaa (Saikhanjargal) has been guiding climbers to the high mountains for almost 3 years and achieved the title of Mountain Sports Master of Mongolia. We cheered his successful climbing to the Mt. Mont Blanc (4.808.7 m) the peak of the Alps in 2016. He climbed the Mt.Khuiten (4374m) the peak of Altai Tavan Bogd Mountain 32 times, and submitted other high peaks of Mongolia. Completed a High Mountain Rescue Training held in France, he prioritises the safety and urges his team to follow the climbing rules and safety procedures accurately. Currently, he is studying to be certified as a National Instructor by the International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (UIAA).

Unlike his, standing fit and strong nature, he radiates innocent, cheerful and supportive vibe when you are around him. We believe he will guide many more adventurists to the highest peaks of Mongolia and other countries in the future.

Without doubt, Odnoo will become your good friend apart from being just a tour guide on your travel in Mongolia. She is easy-going, sensible and cheerful so there will never be a dull moment during your time with her. Odno is also a tough lady who primarily leads riding and trekking tours.

Chuka is one of our main mountain biking mechanics. He has vast knowledge of bicycle and incredible repairing skills. In 2015 he became Mongolian Mountain biking youth champion, and confirmed that title following year, making him two times Mongolian mountain biking champion. Therefore he would become your inspiration and support to climb up difficult steep mountains. Recently he became Mongolian Master of Sports.

His nickname is Balu looks like a Big Bear. You will amaze his great geographical knowledge to find single spot in Mongolian vast wild nature without using GPS.

He joined Mongolia Expeditions in 2007. He is one of our most experienced drivers, known for his road and its surroundings knowledge. Some say he knows every rock on the road by its shape and color. His favorite quote is “I know the road and road knows me”.

His professionalism as a driver with thorough training and years of experience will set you at ease and allow you to just sit back and enjoy your tour. He will maintain order and cleanliness in his car in order to travel safe and sound.

Enkhbat has been working for our company since 2009, over the years in tourism industry he learned essential English knowledge and communication skills. He is also very friendly and positive driver, while keeping his warm smile everyday.

Khurlee has been working for Mongolia Expeditions for over 10 years. His driving experience made him confident but very reliable driver. Khurlee will make you feel like driving on a highway when you are actually on hard damaged off-road.

Tugsuu is working for our company since 2008. He is an expert of Asian and European cuisine. Recently he became Mongolian master chef.

Ankha is our young but very experienced chef. His experience in various types of cuisines, made him very flexible and skilful chef. From his young age he dreamt of becoming a “Master” chef, he’s still aiming to fulfill his dream, willing to learn more and more.

Bambar has been working as a travel chef for 5 years, especially as a high altitude camp chef. Mountain climbing is another speciality of his. He is also very good throat singer. Traveling with him, you will feel a very positive energy emanating from him. Bambar was born in Altai mountains and raised here.

Suki is young new generation of our company. For his age he is very experienced, can cook various types of food with different styles. His nickname is “The flying boy”.
